The HBHWG was organized to promote collaboration among local agencies and the community to create jobs by revitalizing the Humboldt Bay Harbor while protecting the environment.
We envision a dynamic, working green port providing living-wage jobs created through collaboration by our local agencies.
Our Mission is to provide information; encourage collaboration, and push job creation in the development of Humboldt Bay Harbor.
In carrying out our Mission, we will hold to the following values:
Commitment to our mission.
Commitment to respect partnered local agencies and their decisions.
Commitment to not allow personal or political agendas to interfere with our work.
